This allows us to provide online industrial training remotely through audio-video interactive software, chat, email, and phone with a personalized touch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, we offer a refund policy. The refund clauses are given below for your reference:

Refund policy does not apply for Free or Trial Offers.
No refund is entertained after 3 calendar days of enrollment.
80% refund will be provided against the total amount paid if applied in writing within 3 calendar days of enrollment.
20% of the total amount paid will be deducted as processing fee, gateway, and administrative charges.
Your refund request takes effect only when you send us an email within 3 calendar days of enrollment from your registered email id to [email protected].
Refund policy will be valid only if CloudBig Technology failed to provide satisfactory solutions for services mentioned in the CloudBig Technologies Enrollment Form only.
No refunds will be entertained for those services that CloudBig Technologies has processed on discounts or special occasions like Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.
These are special limited-time and occasional offers, and therefore cancellations or refunds against this service are not possible whatsoever.
You have the right to cancel the subscription and services only if you abide by all the refund clauses given above. If you fulfill all the above requisites, your refund will be processed within 15 business days after receiving your refund request. Please note you will be entitled to get only 80% refund if applied within 3 calendar days of enrollment with a valid reason and supporting documents, fulfilling the above clauses.
